This is a life cast of Linda Blair that comes with a wig and is on a foam head. There is a wooden stand with a pole going into the bottom of the foam head to hold it up. The face is painted by hand. The life cast can be removed from the foam head but it's not intended to be worn as a mask considering the eyes are glued on and it would be too small since it's the size of a child's face. comes with a magnetic cross that can be removed and put back on
